But Monica Bellucci gave the 68-year-old actor more than he bargained for when she leaned forward, giving him a close-up glimpse of her curvy figure.
The 46-year-old Italian actress was on stage with De Niro at the 61st Italian Music Festival in Sanremo earlier this evening.

Here's someone who WON'T be going to the Royal wedding: Sarah Ferguson fails to make the cut
By Fay Schlesinger
Last updated at 5:44 PM on 19th February 2011Sarah Ferguson has not been invited to the Royal wedding.
About 1,900 invitations have been sent to family, dignitaries, charity workers and friends of Prince William and Kate Middleton but the Duchess of York was snubbed, royal aides confirmed yesterday.
Friends of 51-year-old Fergie claimed she ‘never expected’ to be asked and would have missed the ceremony anyway owing to ‘private plans overseas’.

Snubbed: Sarah Ferguson dropped off her daughters for a night out with other Royals on Thursday, but is not among the 1,900 guests invited to the Royal Wedding in April
She is also understood to have been reluctant to go to the ceremony ‘alone’. As cousins of William, her daughters Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie are expected to sit at the front of Westminster Abbey while their mother, who divorced Andrew 15 years ago, would have been much further back.

The snub comes after a disastrous 12 months in which the duchess faced £5million debts and tried to sell access to her ex-husband for £27,000 during a newspaper sting, horrifying the Queen.
She spent Christmas Day alone at Andrew’s Windsor home – where she still lives – after holiday plans fell through. She is never invited to join the Queen at Sandringham.

Reluctant: Fergie was understood to not want to attend the ceremony 'alone' and 'never expected' to be invited
Despite declaring last year that she was ‘doing everything she can’ to stave off bankruptcy, her foreign jaunts have run into double figures.
Last month she was pictured fanning a wad of cash while on a shopping trip on the Caribbean island of St Barts with Robbie Williams’s wife Ayda Field.
And two days later she jetted to the exclusive ski resort of Verbier in Switzerland for a family holiday.
At that stage, Sarah was in the dark as to whether she would be invited to the wedding on April 29, friends said.
She might have hoped that pictures of her surrounded by members of the Royal Family would reinforce her status and help her cause.
But courtiers last night confirmed she has been left off the guest list.
The formal invitations were sent out this week via Royal Mail, St James’s Palace confirmed. Six workers from the Lord Chamberlain’s Office addressed and filled the envelopes.
Among the guests will be a host of ordinary citizens who have worked closely with William’s charities, including teenagers, former drug and alcohol addicts and wounded servicemen for the country’s first ‘people’s wedding’.

'The snub comes after a disastrous 12 months in which the duchess faced £5million debts...' Again? I was under the impression she had paid off all her previous debts. Seems she lives a champagne lifestyle on a baked bean income.

Diplomacy isn't William's strong suit is it? You wouldn't imagine a future king to be so petty. Hopefully he'll never be king and the monarchy will be confined to history by the time William is due to inherit the throne.

I hope for Kate's sake that her marriage to William works out. She only has to look at Fergie to see what life would be like should her marriage fail. One you're out of that family you stay out.

BBC News - Royal wedding: Couple invite 1,900 guests
Some 1,900 guests will be at the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, St James's Palace has said.
No names have offically been released as invitations begin arriving but more than half are family and friends.
UK and foreign dignitaries, senior politicians, charity workers and celebrities like the Beckhams are said to be among the Westminster Abbey congregation on 29 April.
Not all the guests at the service will go on to a Buckingham Palace reception.
The BBC's royal correspondent Peter Hunt says individuals who have come into contact with Prince William will also be present, including people who have been homeless and soldiers injured in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Some famous names on the guest list, such as David and Victoria Beckham, have already trickled out, our correspondent added.
The service will be conducted by the Dean of Westminster, with the Archbishop of Canterbury marrying the prince and his bride.
Seated in the front pews will be the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Prince of Wales, Duchess of Cornwall and best man, Prince Harry.

New Jersey Senate votes to oppose toll increases
By Keith Goble, Land Line state legislative editor
The New Jersey Senate voted Thursday, Feb. 17, to approve a bill to roll back future toll increases. Tolls were intended to be a revenue source for a now-defunct tunnel plan.
On a 27-9 vote, the rollback now moves to the Assembly for further consideration.
The bill would cancel toll hikes on the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway slated for next year. Senate Democrats are pushing the initiative in response to Gov. Chris Christie’s decision to put a stop to plans for the Access to the Region’s Core tunnel project.
Specifically, S2636 would direct the New Jersey Turnpike Authority to adopt a resolution to reduce tolls no longer required for payment of the tunnel project to link New York and New Jersey.
“When it comes to the canceled ARC project, there’s just one simple, overarching principle: ‘No tunnel, no toll hike,’” Sen. Nicholas Sacco, D-Hudson, said in a statement.
Christie cited cost overruns for his decision. Instead, the Republican governor wants to use the money from increased tolls to pay for part of his $8 billion, five-year transportation spending plan.
Truckers and other drivers have been paying more since 2008 to access the roadways. Tolls for heavy commercial vehicles to travel the full length of the turnpike were increased from $26.55 to $37.15 to help pay for a commuter rail tunnel under the Hudson River.
A nearly identical increase is expected in 2012.
“If we dedicate funds for a specific project, we should either follow through, or return those funds through decreased tolls,” said Sacco, one of the bill’s sponsors.
The governor’s office has said that partisan politics are at play. The result could affect the Turnpike Authority’s borrowing ability.
Senate President Stephen Sweeney said there is really only one thing to be done.
“If Gov. Christie wants to use a toll hike to pay for his transportation infrastructure plan, he needs to take his case directly to the public, and give them a chance to voice their concerns,” Sweeney, D-Gloucester, said in a statement.
