Captured Gaddafi son facing trial | News

Gaddafi's son Seif al-Islam has been captured, and judging by the way that his father was treated, he is extremely lucky to be alive, and apparently unharmed.
He came across on national tv clips as cocky and arrogant, obviously standing up to the rebels, and vowing to continue to fight to continue the Gaddafi domination of Libya.
However, in the images we saw on the news last night, he has a look of fear on his face, his support structure is gone, he is now vulnerable, exposed and alone. He will at least face a fair trial, and we are sure the allied forces will make every effort to make sure that this occurs, Libya will now have an opportunity to portray itself as aligning it's country's judicial system with the rest of the "civilized" western world.
Members of the population interviewed on tv, driving in their cars were completely jubilant. Even while out of power, but still alive, his presence posed a threat as there are obviously still supporters for the regime, still around, but now, he is out of the game. And Libya has the chance now for a fresh start.
We always remember the cab driver interviewed when Saddam Hussein was captured: "When they hang Saddam, then it will be a fair trial".
