The newpapers are full of negative news about the economy, Berlusconi, the country has a self created crisis, and also in many ways a predictable crisis.
If the government reduced taxes, made the UK a great environment for doing business, reduced the tax on pertrol, made real courses available, quality courses aligned with real world job skills, they could make the UK a great economic powerhouse. Some of what is going on right now in England is due to the world downturn, but there are likely many things that Westminster could be doing right.
