We went last November to get some Eurostart Tickets to Paris, the girl at Thomas Cook was very nice but had a really bad cold, so we were always trying to sit a bit away from her, she showed us some prices which were a bit higher than we were expecting to pay, and to be honest, it was just a few days notice about travelling, but the feeling was that they were in it for the money. The big weakness now for the travel industry, is that there are options to try and get a cheaper fare, they would really have to pull out the stops to get my business when I can find something more affordable online. Hope her cold got better.
