Prince Andrew is moving away from the front pages now, in a couple of months everything will have blown over, also, interesting that the news came to light now, right before the Royal Wedding, people will tend to stop thinking so negatively about the Royals, and begin to focus on the positve aspects of the Royal Family.
On Friday, Lord Heseltine came to Andrew's defence by accusing a former ambassador of intentionally attempting to do damage to the Roayal Family.
He feels that Prince Andrew shouls stay in his current position as there is no substantial reason for him to be removed for his post as trade envoy.
By allowing his photo to be taken with the young lady alleged to be the underaged masseuse of Mr. Epstein, the man at the heart of the current scandal, Prince Andrew may have been completely innocent, or at least naive in an error of judgement.
Stephen Day, who was formerly the head of the Foreign Office's Section involved with the Middle East, had said that the Prince was the "worst person" for this particular position.
The thing is, is that we need people to play these parts in life.
It must be in a way, hard to be in a role where you are number two and possibly more so when you are number three in line for a particular position. Much in the way that Princess Margaret was number two to the current Queen of England, they tend to attract negative press, perhaps being in the number one spot, forces one to be more discreet and careful with whom one spends one's time.
